Payment:  

I currently accept all payment through Paypal, but you can still check out with credit cards through Paypal.

Shipping:  

I like to ship quickly.  Usually that means next business day for Ready-To-Ship items (business days being M-F). The exception is if I am experiencing a few days of a large volume of orders in a row.  Then it can take a few extra days for orders to ship.  Orders containing items marked as preorder in the shop will be held until all items are ready to ship and shipped together unless other arrangements are made. Please note the approximate wait time for preorder items is given in the listing description but is usually about one month.  If you need a rush order or want to check the status of your order, please send me a message.

Most orders are shipped USPS.  For domestic orders, packages with one or two fluffs go First Class and orders over three fluffs usually go Priority.  I occasionally ship heavier packages with USPS Parcel Select.  International orders are shipped USPS First Class unless they are over 4 lbs (14+ fluffs).  Please note there is NO GUARANTEED TRACKING or INSURANCE on USPS First Class.  Once packages leave me, I don't know any more about their whereabouts than you do.   If you require tracking and insurance, please get in touch for a price quote and shipping upgrade.  

Returns:

I accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.  I do not refund shipping charges, and the buyer is also responsible for paying shipping to get items back to me.

Damage/Loss:

It does not happen often, but occasionally the post office looses or damages a package.  Please contact me right away if items you have purchased do not arrive as they should and I will work to promptly resolve the issue.

Communication:

I strive to provide a high level of customer service and I answer questions as quickly as possible.  To get updates on when new colors arrive and old colors are re-stocked, and when popular bonnets, etc will be stocked, please follow Oh So Fleeting on Facebook.

Sales/Discounts:

I often get questions about if I offer various kinds of sales or discounts.  In general, I do not.  Instead, I try to keep prices as reasonable as possible while still making this a viable business that pays me for the hours I put into it. Therefore, store-wide sales will be random and infrequent, but always announced on the Oh So Fleeting Facebook page, so please follow along there to stay in the loop.

Item Availability:

Most items listed in the shop is in stock and Ready-To-Ship (RTS).  Some items like bonnets, mini blankets, tiebacks and felted items are generally preorder.  Because fluff is almost always rts, that means that when colors sell out, they may not be back for awhile. If there are colors you're wanting to purchase that are not in stock, please let me know so that I can let you know when they will be back in stock.

Use of Images:

I love to see pictures of my products in action (please tag me on Facebook or send them my way: ohsofleeting@gmail.com) If you share images with me, or if I spot them on Facebook or on a blog, I will ask for permission to use your images before adding them to my site or Facebook page.

Stocking Times:

I am currently re-stocking the shop about once a month.  This big update is always announced on my Facebook page.

Fluff Recycling Program:

Fluff can only be re-used so many times for newborn photography before it becomes soiled or torn and loses its new fresh fluffiness.  In order to make our business more eco-friendly and prevent fluff from being thrown away, we will currently take back used fluff from US customers only which will be cleaned and re-made into new fluff. If you would like to participate in our recycling program, please follow these instructions:

*First check the fluff that you have.  We currently accept solid colors of farm fluff, colorblend fluff, simply fluff, bliss fluff and rustic wool fluff.  Rainbow fluff, Fairytale fluff, sparkle fluff and fluff purchased from other sellers DOES NOT qualify for this program.*

1. Tear off any soiled fluff and throw the soiled part away (we can accept dry fluff that has been peed on, but please do not send back fluff with poo on it!).

2. Ship dry fluff cheapest way to: Oh So Fleeting, 2915 Ward Ct., Ann Arbor MI 48108  Please include a note with the shipping price you paid in the box OR send a screenshot of your postage receipt to ohsofleeting@gmail.com  Please also send an e-mail to ohsofleeting@gmail.com or a message through our Facebook page, to let us know to expect your fluff.

3. When your old fluff is received, you will be contacted to let you know how many new discounted fluffs you are entitled to based on the weight of fluff sent back.  For every 4 oz. of fluff sent back, you will receive a new fluff at 25% off.  Also, the amount you paid to ship fluff back to Oh So Fleeting will be refunded from your next order so that you are not out of pocket for the shipping.
